2 CHEMICOPS

As soon as you start to cross the bridge, someone begins shooting at you. It's 2 chemicops on a distant platform off to the left of the bridge.

If you cannot see where they are shooting from, look for the plasma blasts from their gun shots to find their originating position.

ZOOM IN AND SHOOT

Press ENTER, 4 or use the mouse wheel to zoom in and see them. or try to take them out from a distance.

Make sure not to stay in one place for too long or their plasma shots will take you down quickly. Try moving left or right while you shoot to avoid their shots.

If you really are not in the mood for a fight, you can run across the bridge to the next elevator panel instead of taking them out. The 2 chemicops will stop firing once you activate the next elevator.

ACROSS THE BRIDGE

Cross the bridge to get to the elevator to level 1. You are getting close to hiko's energy source. To save time you can use the green grapple post at the end of the bridge to cross it instantly.

ELEVATOR UP

You are now on another elevator platform. Notice the floor has a light in each corner. In the center you will see a panel with an arrow pointing up. This is an Elevator panel. To activate it, get close to the panel and click it. The elevator will lurch into action and start to rise up to level 1.

If clicking the panel doesn't work, try moving closer to the panel using the arrow keys and clicking it again.

CHEMICOPS ATTACK!

Chemicops, and a lot of them, are waiting for you at the top of this elevator ride.

Keep moving left and right to dodge their fire. Shoot them to take them out.

BEATING THE CHEMICOPS

Behind the chemicops is a security panel. Clicking this will take you to the final elevator and Hiko's power source. If you do not want to fight the chemicops, you can run past them and activate the security panel by clicking on it.

You need to be close to the energy panel to activate it. Make sure you are next to it when you click it. You may have to look up a bit as its a bit above you, and move around a bit to make sure any chemicops (or their corpses) don't get in the way.
