Niji are a quick, feral humanoid species. Their animal like behaviour and chaotic actions keep Niji from developing many complex communities. Even Nueja, the Niji homeland, is little more than a loose collection of vague villages that dot the land. Niji prefer to be free, adapting the resources of others and turning them into sometimes frivolous and sometimes fantastic artistic creations. They can be ferocious fighters, leaving human civilities of battle behind and making use of the many Igri supplied weapons when attacked.

Unlike the Igri, Niji are free to be with anyone in their societies. They leave the strict gender controls and aggressive laws to the Igri - Niji consider themselves free spirits. Niji philosophies have encroached into the Igri kingdoms, and their chaos has been a welcome foil to the sometime overbearing push of Igri crusaders. Other times it does them a disservice, as they instinctively revert to their feline ways even when it does not suit them best.
